What is the RSA 21 / MVAS training?
The RSA training – also known as MVAS training, RSA certificate course, RSA seminar or work-zone traffic safety training – teaches the specialist knowledge required by law for securing work zones on public roads. It is based on the German guidelines for securing work zones on roads (RSA 21) and the MVAS 99 code of practice, which defines the knowledge required of responsible persons and site personnel.
At RSAschule1 you complete the entire theory online and then attend a practical day with an exam on site. After passing, you receive your RSA certificate according to MVAS and your RSA ID card.

Anyone responsible for securing work zones on roads or setting up traffic barriers – site managers, foremen, supervisors, crew leaders and traffic marshals in road construction, civil engineering, sewer and pipeline construction and landscaping, as well as at municipalities, utilities and traffic-management companies.
